"My goal as an equine specialist is to create a safe and enriching environment for our clients, equine practitioners and horse partners, I have come to learn that horses have an amazing ability to help people heal mentally and physically and am excited to enjoy sharing my years of equine experience with others through my work at Serenity Farm and Stables."
Helen has worked as a horse trainer and competitive show coach for the past 50 years. She was the co-owner of Frost Training Stable with her husband, Peter, until his passing in 2022.
