This trifecta will offer a unique healing experience as the yoga practice will take place outdoors in a pasture with horses that attune to your energy and help to regulate your nervous system. These beautiful animals offer a sense of peacefulness and serenity that will deepen your yoga practice and connection to yourself. Plus, it’s simply fun to be on a farm and around horses!
